Some people see the world in numbers. Others see it in spreadsheets. I see it in pixels, gradients, and whether that damn logo is one pixel off-center. If you’ve ever spent more time choosing the perfect font than actually doing the work, congratulations—you’re one of us.
Adobe Creative Suite: Where Magic (and Rage) Happens
Ah, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro—aka the tools that turn “Can you just make it pop?” into actual visual brilliance. These are the OG design tools I’ve used for branding, web assets, video edits, and making sure every project I touch doesn’t look like it was thrown together in Paint.
✔ Photoshop – The place where I remove backgrounds, fix lighting, and occasionally try to undo a mistake 37 times before realizing I was on the wrong layer.
✔ Illustrator – Home of crisp vector logos, clean graphics, and my personal battles with the Pen Tool (which I’m convinced was created by someone who hates humanity).
✔ Premiere Pro – Where I’ve edited video ads, cut promos, and made content so smooth even TikTok kids would approve.
Canva Pro: Because Not Every Project Needs a Degree in Graphic Design
Look, sometimes you don’t need the Ferrari of design software—sometimes, you just need a damn good template and the ability to drag and drop like a boss. That’s Canva Pro. I’ve used it for social media graphics, quick marketing mockups, and turning “we need this NOW” requests into something that actually looks good.
Figma: The Collaborative Playground of Design Nerds
Designing a website, app, or UI without Figma is like building IKEA furniture without instructions—you’ll probably get there, but you’ll also probably cry along the way. Figma makes collaboration easy, lets teams edit in real time, and prevents 573 “Can you send me the latest version?” emails.
✔ Built wireframes that didn’t make developers cry
✔ Designed user experiences that actually convert
✔ Created prototypes that made clients go “Ooooh”
Design Tools Don’t Make the Designer—But They Sure as Hell Help
At the end of the day, it’s not about which tool I use—it’s about making stuff that looks incredible, sells the brand, and doesn’t end up on a “Graphic Design is My Passion” meme page. Whether it’s Adobe’s powerhouse, Canva’s simplicity, or Figma’s UX magic, I make sure every pixel has a purpose.
