So, what exactly do you do?
I help businesses grow, make money, and not screw up digital strategy. Whether it’s e-commerce, streaming, gaming, or AI-driven marketing, I figure out how to get more people in the door, keep them around, and turn them into loyal, paying fans. Think of me as a business growth mechanic—I pop the hood, find the leaks, and make things run faster.
What’s your leadership style?
Somewhere between “Let’s get sh*t done” and “I’ve got your back.” I don’t micromanage—I trust my team, help them kick ass, and make sure we’re all moving in the right direction. Also, I like to keep things fun because, honestly, who wants to work in a snoozefest?
Biggest win in your career?
Helping grow Monkey Knife Fight into a $90M acquisition by Bally’s Interactive. It wasn’t just a lucky break—I worked across marketing, partnerships, user acquisition, and monetization to help make it happen. Also, I once beat a vending machine that stole my dollar. That was a proud moment, too.
What’s your secret to scaling a business?
There’s no magic button, but here’s the deal: you need a killer product, the right audience, and a plan that actually makes sense. I focus on smart acquisition, retention strategies, and revenue optimization—basically, how to get customers, keep them, and make them love your brand enough to throw money at you.
How do you approach partnerships and deals?
Like a mix between a strategist, a poker player, and a really good dinner host. I find the right partners, align goals, negotiate deals that actually work, and make sure both sides win. I’ve worked with pro sports leagues, media brands, and tech companies—I know how to make things happen without the corporate BS slowing it down.
AI and automation—are they just buzzwords?
Nope. They’re how businesses survive and scale without burning through cash. I’ve built AI-driven marketing funnels, automated customer retention strategies, and data-driven user acquisition models. Basically, I use tech to do more with less—which is great because hiring 100 extra employees isn’t always an option.
What makes you different from other digital execs?
I actually do the work, not just talk about it in PowerPoint slides. I’ve been in startups, big corporations, and everything in between. I know how to launch, scale, and sell a business—and I can adapt to whatever’s thrown at me. Plus, I’m pretty good at making dry business stuff actually fun to work on.
What’s your take on digital marketing today?
Most companies are either too afraid to take risks or too busy chasing trends that don’t move the needle. I believe in cutting through the noise, making data-driven decisions, and building strategies that actually work. Also, if your entire plan relies on “going viral,” you probably need a new plan.
How do you measure success?
I like big numbers—revenue growth, conversions, retention, customer LTV. But I also look at things like brand loyalty, engagement, and whether customers actually love what you’re doing. A million clicks don’t matter if they don’t turn into actual money in the bank.
Why should someone hire you?
Because I get sh*t done. I know how to build, scale, and monetize businesses, I understand how to create partnerships that work, and I don’t waste time on fluff. If you need real growth, better revenue, and smarter strategy, we should probably talk. Also, I make a mean cup of coffee—which I’d be happy to discuss over an interview.
